You can pay with a debit or credit card directly on the website at checkout. Simply select the “Card Payment” option and enter the required details on the secure payment page. Payments are securely processed through myPOS, and we never have access to your card details.

No, we currently do not ship outside of Bulgaria.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can return a product purchased from us within 14 days, provided that it is unopened and the original packaging is intact.
To return a product purchased from us, fill out the form below and send the item back together with it to the office address from which the parcel was dispatched.
Refunds for returned items are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned package. The refund is issued directly to the bank account specified in your return form.
